Scotch Brite Quick Clean Griddle Liquid is safe for use on food contact surfaces and is designed to be used on medium hot griddles (300 350°F). It does not include caustic soda or potash so it will not emit the strong chemical odors found with other griddle cleaners and does not require rinsing with water after use. It is formulated with ingredients that are considered “Generally Recognized As Safe” (GRAS) in food by the U. S. FDA.

Commercial griddles should be scraped after every use and cleaned thoroughly at the end of the day to maintain cooking efficiency and prevent the transfer of unwanted flavors.
